Refund policy

We do not offer a refund on cancellations of orders. In extenuating  circumstances, we issue credit notes, which are to be used within 3 months from the date of initial placement of order.

  1. There is sometimes a possibility of extra charges like Octroi, Taxes or Duties which are to be borne by the recipient at the time of delivery. Please note that Bloom Barn does not control these charges
  2. For Flowers or other items that are perishable in nature, the delivery would be attempted only once. If the delivery is not executed during that attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. In case of bad weather conditions—heavy rain, area flooding, etc.,—we will make the delivery when possible. In such a case a refund will not be initiated.

We work with an in-house delivery team to deliver your products on the date chosen while placing your order. Once the date of delivery is set, the same cannot be changed nor can the order be cancelled. 

Delivery fee to be calculated at checkout. Delivery is not free unless otherwise specified. 

In case your area is not serviceable, Bloom Barn can cancel the order at its discretion. A refund will be issued to you in such cases. 
We ship only in Mumbai to pin codes that we can service. The product is made on the same day as it is delivered.
